What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for all orders above $50.00! For orders that falls below $50.00, home delivery is available for a surcharge of $10.00 per trip.
When will my order be delivered?
Do allow us 2-3 working days processing time after you've placed your order. Deliveries will be made between 10am - 5pm on Mondays to Fridays. We currently do not deliver on weekends.
You can also select your preferred delivery day upon cart out.
Do note that our produce is best kept chilled for freshness. Should you have any preferred time slots or block out timings, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate as much as possible!
What if nobody is home to receive the delivery?
Do note that our produce is best kept chilled for freshness. Should no one be at the designated address to receive the delivery, it would be ideal to leave a cooler bag outside or an arrangement for us to leave at your neighbor’s house.
Can I opt for self collection?
Absolutely! Please select self-collection upon check out and preferred collection date if any. Self collections are between 10am - 5pm on Mondays to Fridays at 11 Chencharu Link. We are closed on the weekends.
Can i place a same day order?
Self collection is only available for same day orders and orders have to be made 2 hours in advance ahead of pick up.
Same day orders are not available for our Coloured Mixed Bloom products.
