Managing My Subscription
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for all orders above $50.00! For orders that falls below $50.00, home delivery is available for a surcharge of $10.00 per trip.
Additionally, when you subscribe to Nosh Box, you enjoy free delivery on us as well.
When will my order be delivered?
Do allow us 2-3 working days processing time after you've placed your order. Deliveries will be made between 11am - 6pm on Mondays to Fridays. We currently do not deliver on weekends.
Do note that our produce is best kept chilled for freshness. Should you have any preferred time slots or block out timings, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate as much as possible!
What if nobody is home to receive the delivery?
Do note that our produce is best kept chilled for freshness. Should no one be at the designated address to receive the delivery, it would be ideal to leave a cooler bag outside or an arrangement for us to leave at your neighbor’s house.
Alternatively, you can also request for a styrofoam box from us at a refundable deposit at $5 when returned.
Can I opt for self collection?
Absolutely! Please select self-collection upon check out and preferred collection date if any.
When will my Nosh Box be delivered?
Our delivery schedule for all subscription plans is Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am to 5pm. Should you have any preferred time slots or block out timings, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

when will i billed for my subscription?
Your subscription will be billed on a weekly/biweekly basis based on your choice of a cadence, 2 days before your choice of delivery day. For example, you will be billed on Sunday 10PM for your Nosh Box to be delivered on Tuesday.
Should you like to make any changes to your upcoming delivery, please do so before you are billed.

pausing or delaying your subscription plan
Not a problem! If you would like to pause or delay your subscription plan due to travelling, etc reasons, please head to our Customer Subscription Portal below to do so minimally 2 days in advance before your next order. Please refer to our guide for more info on how to use the portal.

cancelling my subscription plan
You can do so via our Customer Subscription Portal below minimally 2 working days in advance before your next order.
Do note that a minimum of 4 orders is required before you can cancel your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription before hitting 4 orders, there will be an additional charge based on the price difference of one-off VS subscription orders.
