Why is there a minimum order for delivery?

A minimum order of $12.00 is required for delivery checkout. This helps us maintain efficient delivery routes while ensuring your produce arrives fresh and in optimal condition.

What are your delivery charges?

  • Enjoy free delivery for orders above $80.00
  • For orders below $80.00, a standard delivery fee of $15.00 applies
  • For a specific delivery timing, you may opt for Fixed Time Delivery (+$30.00) at checkout

When will my order be delivered?

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10AM – 5PM (no weekend deliveries)
  • You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout
  • Order cut-off for next-day delivery: 12PM (one day before)
  • Fixed Time Delivery (if selected) will be fulfilled within your chosen 1-hour time window

What if nobody is home to receive my order?

Our produce is best kept chilled for freshness. If no one is available to receive your order:
  • Please arrange for a cooler bag
  • Let us know a safe drop-off location (e.g. neighbour)
If delivery is unsuccessful, a $10 redelivery fee will apply. Alternatively, you may choose to self-collect from our farm.

Can I change my delivery date?

  • Changes can be made by 3pm the day before your scheduled delivery
  • Changes made after this stipulated time will incur a $10 redelivery fee

I need my order urgently. Can I place a same-day order?

To receive your order on the same day, please order through Nosh Produce on Grab
  • 10AM - 5PM on weekdays
  • 11AM - 3PM on Sundays

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment by Visa or Mastercard through ApplePay or ShopPay for all online orders.

Can I opt for self pickup?

Yes! Simply select ‘Self Pickup’ at checkout and choose your preferred collection date.
  • Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM – 5PM
  • Location: 11 Chencharu Link
  • We are closed on weekends

Is there a cut-off time for self-pickup orders?

Order cut-off for next-day pickup: 12PM (one day before your collection date)

What if I missed the cut-off time for next day self-pickup?

No worries! You may place a same-day order via Nosh Produce on Grab :
  • Weekdays: 10AM – 5PM
  • Sundays: 11AM – 3PM

Can I change my self-pickup date?

  • Changes can be made by 3pm the day before your selected pickup date
  • Changes made after this stipulated time are limited to postponement by up to one day only

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed.

I'm from the F&B industry. Do you offer trade pricing?

  • Yes! If you are looking for regular procurement, we offer exclusive trade pricing for our partners. To apply, please complete the form on this page and our sales team will get in touch within 1–3 working days.
  • Trade pricing is extended to businesses that meet our minimum volume requirements and operational fit. 
  • Trade account requirement: Minimum monthly spend of $300
  • For smaller or one-off orders, you may order directly via our website or GrabMart for a quicker and more convenient experience.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ) for trade orders?
For delivery orders, the minimum order value is:
  • $80.00 (excl. GST) for non-Sentosa locations
  • $100.00 (excl. GST) for Sentosa Island locations
Orders below these amounts can still be arranged, subjected to applicable delivery fees.

What are your delivery fees for trade orders?
Non-Sentosa locations:
Free delivery for orders above $80.00 (excl. GST)
$15.00 delivery fee for orders below $80.00

Sentosa Island locations:
Free delivery for orders above $100.00 (excl. GST)
$20.00 delivery fee for orders below $100.00

What are your order cut-off times?
  • Monday delivery: Order by Sunday, 12PM
  • Tuesday to Friday delivery: Order by 4PM, one day before
How does product availability work?
  • All our produce is grown locally in our indoor farm, allowing us to offer consistent, year-round availability without the need for indent ordering.
  • We also work closely with our trade partners to plan production and support reliable supply, especially for recurring orders.
How far in advance should I place my orders?
  • Orders can be placed according to our cut-off times.
  • During peak periods or for larger volumes, we recommend placing orders in advance to better secure availability.

Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms may be extended to approved trade partners. Please speak with our team during onboarding for more details.
Can I place smaller or one-off orders?
Yes, for smaller or one-off orders, you may order directly via our website or GrabMart for faster checkout.
Are there other varieties apart from those listed on your website?
Yes, we offer trade-exclusive varieties that are not listed on our online shop.

Where is your produce grown?

All our varieties are grown locally at our indoor farm in Yishun, Singapore, under controlled conditions to ensure consistent quality and freshness year-round.

Can I visit your farm?

Our farm isn’t open for public visits at the moment due to biosecurity requirements.

How should I store and what is the shelf life?
Shelf life varies slightly by variety. For best results, store all produce in an airtight container:
  • Pentas, Basil & Amaranth: Store at 12–15°C, best consumed within 3 days
  • All other varieties: Store at 2–6°C, best consumed within 5 days
For optimal quality, we recommend consuming as soon as possible after delivery.

Do I need to wash the produce before consumption?

No washing is required. Our produce is grown in a clean, controlled indoor environment without pesticides. 

Cut vs Punnet Microgreens – which should I choose?

Both formats are designed to suit different kitchen needs.

Cut Microgreens

  • Pre-harvested and ready to use straight from the box
  • Each box contains roughly 4–5 punnets worth
  • Compact and fridge-friendly, great for regular cooking or batch prep

Punnet Microgreens

  • Delivered as a live plant — harvest only what you need
  • Offers maximum freshness and more pronounced flavour at point of use
  • Ideal for plating, garnishing, or lower-volume usage
