Grown in Singapore, with care for what's next.
Nosh Produce is an indoor farm supplying edible flowers, microgreens and herbs to Singapore's kitchens. Here is how our produce is grown, powered and delivered, with each practice listed alongside its basis and current status.
Our approach
Care that begins with how we grow.
We grow indoors, close to the kitchens we supply, and most of our produce goes straight from our farm to our customers. Growing this way lets us look after each crop closely, from seed through to delivery.
We hold one independent certification today and are working towards the next. Where something is a current practice rather than a certification, we've labelled it clearly, and we're always happy to share the details behind it.
The register
What we do, and where each practice stands.
Grown in Singapore on an SFA-licensed farm.
Certified under the Singapore Food Agency's SG Fresh Produce scheme (1-star), confirming local origin.
No pesticides.
Our controlled indoor environment keeps pest pressure naturally low, so our crops grow without the need for pesticides.
Low water use.
Water is recirculated through our growing systems, using a fraction of what open-field growing requires.
Grown in step with demand, to minimise waste.
As the grower, we oversee production from seed to harvest and supply most of our customers directly. This helps us plan closely around demand and avoid unnecessary waste.
Part-powered by rooftop solar.
Solar panels on our roof supply part of the farm's energy, with the grid covering the balance.
Delivered by electric vehicle.
Our last-mile deliveries around Singapore are made by EV.
Working towards SG GAP.
Singapore Good Agricultural Practices is an audited farm-management certification, and the next one we're pursuing.
What the statuses mean
How we label each practice.
Audited and certified by an independent third party.

Sustainability is a wide subject, and we're still building the ways to measure much of it. For now, we've chosen to share the specific things we do. If you'd like to know more about any of them for your sourcing, we'd be glad to talk it through.
