Frequently Asked Questions
How do I store the produce and how long do they stay fresh?
Our microgreens are best stored in an airtight condition at 2-6°C, best consumed within 5 days.
For herb varieties like Basil, we recommend to store at 12–15°C, best consumed within 3 days.
For optimal quality, we recommend consuming as soon as possible after delivery.
Where are the greens grown?
All our varieties are grown locally at our indoor farm in Yishun, Singapore, under controlled conditions to ensure consistent quality and freshness year-round.
Do I need to wash the greens?
Our produce is grown in a clean, controlled indoor environment without pesticides, so no washing is required. Just top and eat!
Can I choose the varieties I get each week?
You can indicate your preferences at checkout if you’d like to swap out a particular variety in your box, and these selections will apply for the entire subscription period. However, we currently do not support weekly changes.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
For your first box, you will be billed when you purchase your subscription.
From your second box onwards, billing will take place at 12:00 AM on your scheduled delivery day.
Can I cancel the subscription?
You may cancel your subscription after a minimum commitment period of 4 billing cycles. This can be done in the customer portal through the link sent in your order email.
