1. General 

How does a subscription work?
You can get convenient and regular access to our fresh, flavourful produce through susbcribing to Nosh Box! Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval (weekly or biweekly).

Our subscriptions are highly flexible as we know plans and lifestyle may change. You can make amendments or cancel* your subscription anytime conveniently through our customer subscription portal. 

*A minimum of 4 orders/boxes is required before you can cancel your subscription.
Cut-off timing for making any changes to your upcoming delivery
To ensure we reduce wastage as much as possible, if you would like to reschedule, cancel or make amendments to your subscription, please do so before you are billed (2 days before your upcoming delivery). You can do so via our Customer Subscription Portal. 

A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged in the event of late changes to your subscription. Thank you for your kind understanding!
When am I billed?
You will be auto-billed every week, or every 2 weeks depending on your preferred plan when you subscribe to Nosh Box, unless you cancel your subscription. Billing will take place 2 days before your upcoming delivery. For example, you will be billed on Sunday 10PM for delivery on Tuesday, or billed on Wednesday 10PM for delivery on Friday.

You can easily check when you will be billed through our Customer Subscription Portal.

When will I receive my first Nosh Box?
If you are a new Nosh Box subscriber, your first Nosh Box will be delivered on the next available Tuesday or Friday. 
When is my next delivery?
Your delivery will be two days (Tuesday or Friday) after you are billed. You can easily check your upcoming billings through our Customer Subscription Portal.

2. Accessing the Customer Subscription Portal

You can access the Customer Subscription Portal through the link you receive in each subscription email, or through logging into our website here.

3. Skipping or rescheduling a delivery

You can skip a delivery through our Customer Subscription Portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge / delivery.

4. Adding one-off orders

You can now add one-off products to your subscription through our Customer Subscription Portal! Simply click on the Edit button in the Items tab to add one-off orders.

5. Change delivery frequency (e.g. biweekly to weekly)

You can now easily change your delivery frequency through our Customer Subscription Portal! Simply click on the Edit button in the Subscription tab to edit your preferred deliery frequency.

6. Change Subscription Plan (e.g. from Nosh Box OG to Nosh Box Mini)

You can now easily change your Subscription Plan through our Customer Subscription Portal! Simply click on the Edit button in the Items tab to edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

7. Pausing/Cancelling my Subscription

You can pause or cancel your subscription after you've met the minimum 4 orders requirement through our Customer Subscription Portal.

If you would like to cancel your subscription before you hit a minimum of 4 boxes, you will be charged for the price difference between one-off boxes and subscription boxes.

8. Changing delivery days (e.g. Tuesdays to Fridays, or vice versa)

This is currently not available through the Customer Subscription Portal today. Please drop us a Whatsapp message at +65 9011 0151. Thank you very much!
